Muscle Nation: The software behind a product business, end to end.
Muscle Nation runs on nine connected applications we built and operate. They take a product from first concept through suppliers, purchase orders and launch, then feed every sale back into an analytics engine that drives forecasting, reordering and returns. Automated P&L and finance reporting, grocery supply planning, ads management and athlete programs all sit behind one hub with shared access control.

Mining procurement
Mining Procurement Solutions: Quotes drafted from a forwarded email.
Mining Procurement Solutions forwards a supplier quote or a customer request, and an automated workflow reads the thread, works out the customer, pricing and markup, and drafts the quote in their accounting system for review. The same workflow handles invoices and supplier bills, and converts supplier PDFs into customer-branded cost and sell spreadsheets. Behind it sits a procurement platform we built that tracks every deal from request through to delivery and invoice.

Tactic: Extending Microsoft Dynamics across the business.
Customisations and automations in Microsoft Dynamics connect with Procore and Xero through a directors’ hub. We also automated corporate fitout presentations, including 3D renders and walkthroughs.

Strength coaching & education
Strength System: The platform behind a coaching business.
For Strength System we built the software that runs the business end to end. Clients enrol in eight-week challenges and ongoing nutrition coaching, log check-ins and progress, and coaches program strength blocks from real lifts. Around that sits the operations layer: sales and subscriptions, failed payment recovery and renewals, accounting integration, client onboarding and comms, seminars, support and a searchable library of every call and video.

SILA brings together business understanding, software development and AI engineering. Founder Michael Vergotis has a background in software development, eleven years running a wholesale business, and the past few years building AI into the systems businesses use every day.
That experience shapes how we work: understanding your operation, identifying what needs to improve, and building a system your team can use every day.
Questions
I'm not technical. Does that matter?
Not at all, most clients are not. You describe the problem in plain language; translating it into systems is the job.
Do we have to replace what we already use?
No. Most projects connect to what you already run: Xero, MYOB, Shopify, Microsoft 365, industry platforms. We start with the workflow that hurts most, get it stable, then expand from there.
Where is our data hosted?
In Australia. Databases, storage and backups sit in Sydney regions by default, and the accounts are set up in your name from the start.
Who owns the system?
You do. Source code, hosting accounts and data are all yours. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, everything is documented and nothing is locked to us.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes, often. Half-built apps, legacy systems and projects whose developer moved on are common starting points. We review what exists, keep what's sound, and rebuild what isn't.
What happens after launch?
Systems are built to be run, not handed off and forgotten. Ongoing support and improvements are part of every engagement.
What does it cost?
Every build is scoped and priced fixed before work starts. Focused automations sit at the smaller end, full platforms at the larger. The first conversation tells you where yours lands before you commit to anything.
